Brandon Silva counts with 15 years of experience, ranging all from casual to fine dining, in traditional and contemporary settings. A native Houstonian, and believer of his city, Brandon went to the Art Institute of Houston for a Culinary Degree. He has worked in many local restaurants including Brenners, Pesce, Brasserie 19 and Uchi. Having spent two months in Copenhagen working in the top restaurants of the world. He now resides as the Culinary Director for the Kirby Group. (Wooster’s Garden, Heights Bier Garden. Holman Draft Hall, Pitch 25, Emma Jane, Degust/Diversion.
