After completing her undergrad over ten years ago, Lindsey returned to school to follow her dreams of being a chef and studied at the International School of Culinary Arts at the Art Institute – Seattle. “I became inspired while living there, surrounded by incredible chefs that all followed their dreams – I wanted that.” As an Army BRAT, organization and logistics comes naturally to her and she has been able to combine that with her love of food and feed the folks around her. Traveling the world at an early age, Lindsey has been exposed to a plethora of cuisines helping her stay creative in the kitchen. Specializing in music festivals, craft services, private dinners, and venue management, there is no event that Lindsey doesn’t methodically plan to ensure the best for her clients and their requests.
